1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UXLens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of UXLens, including free and paid subscribers.
2. Description of Service
UXLens is a web-based UX audit platform that analyzes websites for user experience, design, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness. The Service crawls user-submitted URLs, applies automated analysis, and delivers audit reports including scores, issue identification, and fix recommendations.
3. User Obligations
You agree to use UXLens only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to audit websites you do not have permission to analyze, or in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Accounts and Registration
Some features of UXLens require a free account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
5. Paid Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused credits expire upon cancellation or plan downgrade. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial subscription — contact support to request a refund.
6. Credit System
Credits are used to run audits. Each audit consumes 50–150 credits depending on page size. Monthly credit allocations reset on the 1st of each month. Unused credits roll over on paid plans only. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
7. Intellectual Property
UXLens and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UXLens and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.
8. Crawled Content
UXLens crawls URLs you voluntarily submit for auditing. The crawled content is used solely to generate your audit report and is not stored long-term, shared with third parties, or indexed in any search engine. Screenshots taken during audits are temporary and deleted after the report is generated. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Limitation of Liability
UXLens is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UXLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
