UXLens ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using UXLens, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and password (stored securely). Your subscription tier and credit balance are also associated with your account.
Usage data: We track audit history, credits used, and feature usage to manage your account and enforce plan limits.
URLs you submit: The URLs you enter for auditing are processed to generate your report. See the section below on crawled content for details.
Technical data: We collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages accessed. This is used for security, debugging, and improving the Service.
Important: UXLens only crawls URLs that you voluntarily submit for auditing.
We act like a headless browser visiting your pages for analysis — we do not scrape, republish, or exploit the content of any website. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit a URL for analysis.
We use cookies for authentication and session management. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly without them. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@uxlens.io. Audit reports are retained for 90 days on free plans and longer on paid plans.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can update your account information in Settings. To request data deletion, contact support@uxlens.io.
We use Stripe for payment processing and OpenRouter for AI analysis. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. While we make reasonable efforts to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
UXLens does not knowingly collect data from users under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
